Structural Builds At H2, We design and manufacture portal frame buildings to suit all aspects of the market, including industrial and agricultural.
We use mainly galvanised multi-beam purlins. These are available in depths of 145mm, 175mm or 205mm. All purlins are 65mm wide. The gauge of all purlins is 1.6mm.
On agricultural buildings we can supply treated imported timber purlins. These are generally 6" x 3" in lengths of 15 Ft 9" but different sizes are available on request.
We manufacture all flashings in our purpose built premises. We stock most standard flashings and can make all types of flashings on request.
Flashings are made from the same material as our cladding and are available in all popular colours.
Sectional Sheds Our garden sheds are made out of a steel frame that is bolted together and covered with plastic coated steel. Garage roller shutter doors and pedestrian doors are fitted as standard and we also offer skylights, guttering and windows. Other types of garage doors are available on request.
We offer, as standard, a roller garage door on all our sheds. These doors come in the same great colours as the cladding on the sheds. Professionally fitted and installed, these doors are both reliable and secure.
H2 are the only company making sheds of this type that can manufacture sheds to comply with all necessary building control regulations.
This means that the customer can have peace of mind that their shed is manufactured and erected to satisfy only the highest standard.
The MiGarage The MiGarage (Modular Integrated Garage) is a lightweight, robust garage, using the latest in technological design, is one of the most advanced domestic buildings incorporating: optimum strength, minimum weight and maximum integration finishes which will blend in to your existing house finish.
All MiGarages are manufactured and transported complete to the site, so there is no need for tradesmen and there is no risk of people destroying your lawn or driveway. They are installed in less than a day, cutting down on interruptions and eliminating weeks of site work.
When the MiGarage is installed it will look as if it has been built at the same time as your house was, unlike other garages, the exterior walls will have the same appearance.
Cladding: Our cladding is of such a good quality that it comes with a 25 year guarantee. On the roof of our buildings we can install a non-drip cladding. This is basically cladding with felt compressed onto the back of it which totally eliminates condensation and so you don't get any drips of water on the inside of your building.
We offer a non-drip cladding. This is basically our standard sheet only with a fleece on the underside. This fleece absorbs any moisture/condensation and prevents it from dripping. By using this on a roof you can keep the interior of the building dry.
We also provide Skylights (Clear Plastic Sheets) which are of the same profile as our cladding. This means they can be used easily in conjunction with our sheets of cladding. Skylights are used where it is necessary to have natural light in a building and can be installed in the roof or walls.
